The skin or exterior material is made of a new spandex/nylon fabric that makes it durable and stretchable at the same time, and also with double stiching along the seams, this product will last a life time. But the secret is the revolutionary therapeutic and comfort polystyrene microbeads. The size makes all the difference. Our pillows contain small, micro-polyester beads less than a 1/4 of a millimeter in size. Most of our other direct competitors are using beads larger than ours and lighter then ours.
